After the second collapse, mankind have been following a technological rebirth, autonomous depressed half cities, on the ruins of ancient big cities have bloomed. World is plague with disease, the rust. There isn't a cure for this illness that, contagious through contact, turns the skin red and slowly rots the flesh.
